These are metal neck bow ties made from recycle soda cans and other drinks. Each can has been washed, sanitized and carefully looked over as to the colors, designs and/or text for a most appealing bow tie characteristic. Depending on the size and type of can either one or more tie is made from one can, or one tie made from more than one can.
Each tie is individual and no two are exactly alike. They can be very fashionable to wear casual or formal. These bow ties are not found in the mainstream shopping galleries. Stylish, avant garde, and cutting edge one-of-a-kind item. The material is thin ~ 1/32 inch thick, solid aluminum metal. Each tie is carefully hand cut using a special tool to slightly round the edges. The metal surface is smooth. These are 100% recyclable.
The bow tie is approximately 3 ½” wide x 2” high. Its weight is within a few ounces or less. The bow tie has a flexible elastic band with a hook & loop to easily attach/detach around the neck. The bow tie is made for a maximum 18” diameter neck size. Several knots can be tied to shorten the loop for a smaller neck size down to 10” diameter neck size.
